Summary of Requirements

The ExB SPU project “Assisting Supreme Court and Higher Courts in Implementing Judicial Reform and War-related Justice” envisages to organise a 1-day regional dialogue event on 14 February 2025 in co-operation with the Supreme Court. 

The Event will provide a platform for about 70 participants (judges of the Supreme Court, courts of appeal and courts of first instance) to discuss issues related to the unity of judicial practice and strengthen horizontal contacts between Ukrainian justice sector stakeholders. The event is aimed at enhancing consistency and coherence of judicial practice across instances and jurisdictions and supporting judicial dialogue across the judicial hierarchy.
