Summary of Requirements

The ExB SPU project “Assisting Supreme Court and Higher Courts in Implementing Judicial Reform and War-related Justice” envisages to organize a 5-day international law summer academy for law students and post-graduates. The 2024 Summer School (being the Second annual Summer Academy, supported by the OSCE) will focus on to the crucial issues of international litigation, interaction between international and national law, international humanitarian law and legal aspects of Eurointergration processes. The successful company is expected to ensure provision of comprehensive services outlined in Terms of Reference for organizing 5-day Summer Academy on International Law, Polyana, 18-24 August 2024.
