Summary of Requirements

The ExB SPU project “Promoting Human Rights-Based Approaches in Higher, Legal and School Education”, aims to co-organize professional retraining schools, in order to improve content and teaching methodologies of public law courses at different law schools in line with standards-based requirements and USQE for Master of Law programmes.

Within the Project will hire Criminal Law Experts to conduct Professional Development Criminal Law School, and will select up to 25 criminal law professors from across Ukraine to participate in the Professional Development Criminal Law. In February 2025, the SPU plans to support the Professional Development Criminal Law School and enhance knowledge and skills of participants on issues of criminal law in war time, methodology of teach the criminal law courses, and discuss the Draft of Criminal Law Code of Ukraine. The Event 1 will be conducted on 2-6 February in the Vinnytsia city, Ukraine.
