Summary of Requirements

The ExB SPU project “Assisting Supreme Court and Higher Courts in Implementing Judicial Reform and War-related Justice” envisages to organise a 1.5-day high-profile national forum on 25-26 September 2025 in co-operation with the Supreme Court to present crucial aspects of Supreme Court’s activity and courts of cassation. The Event will provide a platform for about 120 participants (judges, governmental officials, bar, scholars and legal experts) to discuss issues related to judicial adjudication and strengthen horizontal contacts between Ukrainian justice sector stakeholders. The event is also aimed at enhancing consistency and coherence of judicial practice across instances and jurisdictions and supporting judicial dialogue across the judicial hierarchy.
