Summary of Requirements

The ExtraBudgetary SPU project “Assisting Supreme Court and Higher Courts in Implementing Judicial Reform and War-related Justice”, envisages to organise a 1-day dialogue event on current issues related to anti-corruption adjudication practice, on 6 June 2025, in co-operation with the Supreme Court, High Anti-Corruption Court, High Council of Judges and V.M. Koretskyi Institute of State and Law.  

The Event will provide a platform for Ukrainian justice sector stakeholders to discuss current challenge of and perspectives for anti-corruption judicial practice as well as recent developments in criminal justice and to get feedback from the expert community, stakeholders and civil society. It will also provide for a possibility for co-operative search for solutions and strengthening horizontal contacts between different stakeholders.
