Summary of Requirements

The ExB SPU project “Support to National Stakeholders in Enhancing Accessibility of Constitutional Justice” envisages to conduct in-person training for NGOs and legal aid clinics on amicus curiae in constitutional proceedings.  In 2022-2024, the OSCE conducted two online trainings for NGOs and legal aid clinics on amicus curiae in constitutional proceedings. The trainings explained the practical aspects of using amici curiae interventions as an effective tool to participate in constitutional proceedings to promote and defend the interests of various target groups, including vulnerable populations. In 2024, the SPU intends to organize the third in-person training in Zakarpattia to fix and practice the obtained in previous trainings knowledge.

Therefore, the SPU requires a hotel and/or conference service company to provide services and relevant support for organizing the event as required and described in Terms of Reference.
