EURELECTRIC – Union of the Electricity Industry

The Union of the Electricity Industry – Eurelectric is the sector association which represents the common interests of the electricity industry at pan-European level, plus its affiliates and associates on several other continents. We currently have over 34 full members, representing the electricity industry in 32 European countries.

As intern, you will help

• Set up and update the event app and mini-sites as the event progresses (using existing platforms), including programme, timings, and speaker information, etc.;
• Prepare event mailers (manage schedule and layout);
• Manage and distribute free registration codes for sponsors and partners around each event;
• Prepare and distribute speaker/sponsor/partner/media cards;
• Assist onsite at events held in Belgium (registration, badges, exhibition area).

Profile

• 3^rd level education in a relevant discipline such as Event Management, Marketing, Business Development or similar;
• Diplomatic and with very good inter-personal skills;
• Strong written and oral communication skills and a structured mindset;
• Fluent in English, other languages a plus.

Our offer

Eurelectric offers a paid internship starting in February/March 2026.

Base allowance as per contract for professional integration (CIP).
