  • Collaborating with the Events Product Lead to create and implement fundraising product strategies that deliver income and meet team objectives.
  • Managing specific products within the portfolio, ensuring they meet expected standards and align with strategic plans.
  • Maximizing fundraising potential through planning activities to increase participant numbers and revenue, based on market insights.
  • Acting as the primary contact for all product-related matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams, and resolving any arising issues.
  • Monitoring income and expenditure, maintaining accurate records, and measuring performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Delivering the agreed marketing and stewardship plans for fundraising products.
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure efficient procedures for supporter engagement and effective event experiences.
  • Evaluating product performance and identifying opportunities for development in fundraising initiatives.
  • Managing relationships with key suppliers and mitigating project risks.

Key Criteria:

  • Proven experience in fundraising or events management, with a focus on product development and strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance, assess market insights, and optimize fundraising activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to upholding the charity’s values, including safeguarding, diversity, and ethical standards.

Salary: £26,370.00 – £ 29,297.00 per annumContract: Permanent, Full-TimeInterview Dates: Week of November 4thBased: This role is predominantly home-based and can be based anywhere within the UK. You will be expected to travel to our sites across the UK occasionally. For those within commutable distance to London, you will have the option of working flexibly between home and in our modern open plan offices in Embassy Gardens (1 day per week in office).Benefits you’ll LOVE:
