Position open in the project: „Establishment and development of the SOUTH-EAST REGIONAL CENTER FOR RESEARCH CAREER GUIDANCE – AD. AUGUSTA”, contract no. 760030/23.05.2023 Job description – Important note – the position is not for researchers, but for the professional staff to develop the researcher’s career. The recruitment vacancy must be published on the Euroaxess platform in accordance with the terms of the contract. Plans, organizes and coordinates networking events to facilitate the integration of researchers from outside Romania into the community, foreseen within the project; Is a member of the Scientific Council of the project, participating, under the guidance of the Project Director, in the methodological and scientific coordination of the project’s activities, planning, organization, monitoring of the activities and the achievement of the project’s objectives, results and indicators; Elaborate the Diagram of the development of networking events to facilitate the integration of foreign researchers into the community;Elaborates specific tools for the organization, development and reporting of the events provided for in the project; Ensures the availability of financial, material and human resources necessary for the optimal performance of the events provided for in the project; Coordinates the organization and running of the events provided for in the project, ensures the achievement of results and indicators related to the assigned activities; Coordinates and organizes assistance services provided to researchers from abroad for integration into the scientific community to establish tax residency; Participates in the development of specific instruments for providing assistance to foreign researchers to obtain tax residency;Participates in the elaboration of documents for the target group beneficiaries of assistance services provided to researchers from abroad for integration into the scientific community for the establishment of fiscal residency; Participates in the preparation of reports within the project, the collection, analysis and reporting of data related to the activities within the project; Participates in the mediatization of the activities and in the development of the activities to ensure the visibility of the project; Collaborates with the partner organizations within the project, with the other coordinators and experts within the implementation team, in order to ensure optimal conditions for the performance of the assigned activities; Participates in the meetings/events organized within the project, contributing to the smooth running of the activities, their planning and organization;
