Description of the Assignment: 

The main objective of the assignment is to conduct an organizational capacity assessment of 24 partner Business Membership Organizations as listed above to identify the progress in BMO organizational development.

The results of the assessment shall enable the project:

– To measure progress in the organizational development of the partner Business Membership Organizations across nine (9) key areas;

– To identify factors contributing to or preventing each organization from progress in organizational development;

– To identify remaining challenges;

– To identify the contribution of the Project to the organizational development of partner BMOs;

– To draw the lessons learned from the intervention (what has worked and what has not; attribution).

The results of the assessment will be fed into the forward-looking Final Project Evaluation.   

 

Period of assignment/services: July – September 2024
