The Convenience Group comprises three agencies with a common purpose: improving human health and wellbeing. We’re looking to hire an experienced, hands-on professional to manage our small office and provide administration support to our group CEO and leadership team.
Convenience Advertising is Australia’s best-known bathroom advertising company that develops and delivers high impact awareness and behaviour change campaigns across a wide range of public health issues. Diginostic is Australia’s leading developer of digital health-related applications for medical professionals committed to preventing illness and chronic disease. Utility Creative builds apps and websites to prevent chronic illness and improve public health, driven by data and human experience.

the role
The successful candidate will ensure the needs of the CEO and leadership team are always met; generate correspondence, ensure people are aware, prompted and prepared for meeting time, places and priorities. The role requires a mature ability to research and prepare materials needed by a busy leadership team. Additionally, strong event management and general office upkeep will be required including the development of company rosters, filing and the management and order of office stationary, equipment and other assets.
We’re looking for a flexible and skilled administrator with a strong set of technical skills and a collaborative working style. Someone who will thrive working as part of a small team in a supportive, agile and creative environment – and who is as excited as we are to be working on a range of projects which are making a tangible, positive impact on health and wellbeing of communities across Australia.
Our ideal candidate has:
- A minimum five years’ experience working in an mid-level to senior administration role;
- Sound knowledge of contemporary IT packages, including the Mac MS Office suite (Word; PowerPoint;Excel) Hubspot & ideally Xero;
- Excellent presentation, verbal & written communications skills and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with people at all levels; and
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not essential.
This role is full time, permanent and ongoing, based in our Fitzroy offices.
