The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant provides a range of high-level secretarial, administrative and office management services to support the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience), Chief Coursework Officer and senior managers within the portfolio.
Combining your excellent time management, administrative and organisational skills with your ability to manage competing demands and provide sound and timely advice, you will ensure the smooth and professional operation of the office and team including:
- Drafting correspondence
- Facilitating communication and workflow
- Scheduling meetings
- Event support
- Providing secretarial support for committees and working groups
- Managing and screening telephone calls
- Diary management and liaising with university staff and external bodies
