About the role:
Become a vital part of our team as the Executive Assistant, contributing dynamic and dependable support to the Director of Communities at our lively Pitt St, Sydney offices. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with quick task execution skills, unwavering perseverance, and has resilience. Join us and be a key player in our success!
Key Responsibilities:
As an integral member of the Communities team, you will:
- Support the Director in focusing on strategic objectives while efficiently managing administrative tasks, while coordinating and maintain team management systems.
- Deliver timely and relevant data for the Director’s office and reports, while also analysing operational information to assist managers in evaluation and integration.
- Collaborating with the Communities leadership team, engaging in board committees and senior management, and working closely with directorate assistants and executive Officers across Uniting.
- Skilfully oversee high-level, urgent, and confidential matters while proactively manage incoming and outgoing correspondence; including emails and phone calls, based on priorities.
Experience:
- Possess 4 years’ experience in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience working collaboratively with senior executives.
- demonstrated experience in managing external bodies and projects are essential.
