About the opportunity
As Executive Assistant (EA), you will provide effective and efficient executive administrative support to the General Manager (GM) of People, Quality & Strategy. You will be responsible for managing key priorities, capturing information, coordinating meetings and building high level relationships with key stakeholders.
In addition to providing executive administration support and assistance to the GM, you will prepare and coordinate briefings, manage diary and travel, and develop and maintain systems and processes for the People and Culture division.
What’s on offer
The position is full time, or alternatively you can work a 9-day fortnight if preferred.
A true hybrid working environment that will see you work from our Lonsdale Street office 2-3 days per week as well as having some flexibility to work-from-home.
In addition to receiving a salary and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
About you
You are an enthusiastic and approachable individual who is able to achieve results whilst keeping two steps ahead and anticipating the needs of executive leadership. You are self-motivated and capable of managing your workload and prioritising multi -tasks in a busy environment.
You have previous experience supporting executive, you enjoy meeting people and have well developed interpersonal skills and relationship management. As you will be working closely with leaders of our People and Culture division, demonstrated HR knowledge is essential and knowledge of the community services sector would be advantageous.
