About the role
- The Executive Assistant provides a range of executive support and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of Our Watch operations and support Senior Executives to work as efficiently as possible.
- Primarily you will be supporting two executives who have responsibility of our corporate services functions which include People & Culture, Finance, Quality Risk & Compliance, IT, Legal, Procurement and Corporate Planning.
- Requiring a high level of administrative and operational support, the role is responsible for a wide range of complex and confidential reporting, analytical, and governance functions while providing a high level of specialist support.
- We are seeking someone to work 25-30hrs per week and are open to that being worked over 4 or 5 days (potential for school hours).
About you
- We are looking for an experienced executive assistant with exceptional organisational skills. You will be able to proactively pre-empt administrative needs, apply sound judgement, and work in tandem with the Executives that you support.
- Your previous roles should have included exposure to a corporate services function. Any exposure to Finance & Risk Committees would be highly regarded.
- In addition to being highly organised, you will have excellent attention to detail and be a natural at developing and maintaining relationships with the Our Watch staff and key stakeholders.
- You will have a sound working knowledge of administration processes, relevant business protocols, policies, procedures and their application, as well as advanced computer operation skills.
