The Opportunity

The Director of Medical Student Programs at the Eastern Health Clinical School is currently seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive support and professional administrative services to staff at all levels within our dynamic school. Your role demands flexibility in a fast-paced environment while upholding confidentiality and discretion in sensitive matters.

Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential, as you’ll liaise with various individuals and working groups across the school. Your skill in cultivating relationships will be vital for fostering strong professional internal and external networks.

To excel in this role, you should bring extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or in other senior-level support positions. If you’re ready to drive success in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
