What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Director of Innovative Finance, this 3-month contract offers the opportunity to support a new and exciting finance initiative by providing administrative, logistical, and communication support.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, managing schedules, correspondence, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare necessary documents, including expense reports
  • Support various projects managed by the Director, contributing to research, analysis, and coordination
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved

This role offers flexibility in location, with a base at our Mascot office and the option for a hybrid work model. This includes two days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work remotely.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and other office productivity tools, along with familiarity with project management software
  • Financial management and budgeting skills
  • Ability to think innovatively, solve problems, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
