The Opportunity:
An opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our passionate and driven Head of Service Impact (HSI), Executive Manager, Children & Youth Services (EMCYS) and our Executive Manager, Housing & Community Services (EMHCS). This is your chance to be part of a team that is committed to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Service Impact Portfolios.
As the Executive Assistant, Service Impact you will be an organisational backbone in coordinating calendars, managing correspondence, and arranging travel for the managers you support. Your impeccable attention to detail and high-level confidentiality will ensure seamless operations. You will be the go-to person for preparing critical reports, presentations, and documents, contributing to the strategic direction of our service areas. You will also play a pivotal role in organising key meetings and events, maintaining essential administrative systems, and managing corporate records with precision. This role offers a diverse and engaging environment where no two days are the same. You will collaborate closely with our top executives, provide exceptional customer service, and have the chance to contribute to impactful projects and initiatives.

About You:
We are seeking a highly efficient person who:
- Has experience in providing administrative support at an executive level in a medium-sized organisation
- Possess strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus across all levels of an organisation
- Has high levels of attention to detail coupled with problem-solving abilities
- Can work professionally and maintain strict confidentiality
- Has the ability to produce professional documents to a high standard, incorporating graphics to enhance visual appeal
- Has a high level of computer literacy and advanced competency in using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other database applications
