If you are dynamic, detailed and deadline driven with excellent administration, communication and project management skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

A typical week could include diary and email management, event coordination, project planning, presentation and report preparation, stakeholder engagement, multiple administrative tasks, liaising across the organisation and multitudes of other tasks.

Our Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, collaborative and passionate about working with an organisation that aims to make real and lasting change in the community.

You will have experience working with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds and have the ability to proactively prioritise workloads, work independently, problem solve and meet deadlines.

Coupled with your excellent administrative and organisational skills, attention to detail and awesome project management and event coordination experience, your can-do approach will enable you to work collaboratively across the executive and broader Family Life team, and contribute to a positive work culture. You are super organised and multi-tasking is your passion.

Your high quality written and verbal communication skills will be essential for engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as in the preparation of top notch presentations, reports and other documents.

You will be required to manage and maintain confidentiality in regards to organisational information, ensuring you exercise a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

You will be tech-savvy, with a strong grasp of Google G Suite and Microsoft Office, as well as having experience with CRM’s (preferably Salesforce) and CMS’s. You’ll be quick to learn new software and keen to improve processes.

If this sounds like you, then we look forward to receiving your application.
