Wedu is building a world where half of all leaders are women. We nurture and invest in women’s purposeful leadership journeys and mobilise allies and communities towards alternative futures where women leaders thrive. Since 2012, we have strengthened and sustained the unique leadership journeys of over 5,000 women from 29 countries across Asia by facilitating long-term mentorship, delivering leadership development training, convening supportive communities, and financing continuing education goals through Income Sharing Agreements (ISAs).
The Executive Director at Wedu will spearhead strategic initiatives aligned with the organisation’s mission and values. They will represent Wedu externally, fostering partnerships and positioning the organisation as a gender equity thought leader and partner. Managing an annual budget of USD 1 million, they will cultivate funding relationships and oversee financial planning. Ideal candidates will demonstrate visionary leadership, stakeholder management skills, and a deep commitment to gender equity.
