Our Executive Director (ED) reports to the Board President and is responsible for advancing the mission of the Darien Land Trust. Our ED manages all aspects of the organization, including land acquisition, land stewardship, community engagement, staff management and development, financial management and fundraising. Our ED also supports the Board, assisting with strategic planning, policy development and leadership for the organization. This specifically includes implementing DLT’s Strategic Plan. This is a full-time, salaried position
