Executive Director – Orlando Ballet

Orlando Ballet seeks a collaborative, strategic, positive,
respectful and operationally effective leader to build upon and
accelerate the organization’s current trajectory of strong growth.
Working in close partnership with the Artistic Director and the
Board of Directors, the next Executive Director will help to
develop and deliver the future vision for Orlando Ballet. 
They will be responsible for leading strategy, finance,
development/donor relations, communications and marketing, and the
overall implementation effort to execute this vision, in close
collaboration with Jorden Morris. Orlando Ballet has engaged
