About The Hobart Clinic
The Hobart Clinic is a not-for-profit mental health service provider, committed to providing high-quality mental health and addiction recovery inpatient and outpatient services and therapeutic programs.
Established in 1984, The Clinic recently celebrated its 40-year anniversary of providing Life Changing Care. The Clinic has grown into a highly respected non-government mental health service provider, with a 27-bed inpatient facility set on seven acres on Hobart’s Eastern Shore, and The Hobart Clinic MindHub consulting suites and group facilities in Hobart’s CBD.
With a new strategic plan and new CEO appointed in 2023, The Clinic is becoming a contemporary not-for-profit organisation, embracing a digital transformation with the goal of expanding access to more services for those who need them most.
As a result of retirement plans, The Director of Nursing role will become available in early 2025. Under the new organisational structure, the Risk & Clinical Governance role is now an executive level appointment.
