The Role
You will be responsible for permanent search assignments ranging from board directors, c suite and the full range of head office roles including sourcing transitional skillsets from the corporate sector and those that are only found exclusively in NGOs.

Our process utilises a mixture of direct approaches, advertising and networking, and we make full use of our candidate database which has over 270,000 prospective candidates built up over two decades of activity.
Skills Required
This role is suited to an experienced recruitment consultant who has managed assignments end to end including search. Your success so far in your career has come from offering a detailed, sophisticated, collaborative service where you have nurtured and built trusted relationships with your clients.
