Experienced Commercial Property Paralegal / Legal Executive – Nottingham – 4 or 5 days per week Are you a career Paralegal or Legal Executive with commercial property expertise, interested in a very rare and exciting opportunity to take a step back from doing your day to day transactional work and instead apply your knowledge in a more strategic advisory role, with plenty of guidance and support? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to help shape and mould the business’ approach to it’s commercial property portfolio. This business has a constantly evolving and expanding property portfolio, so this is an opportunity for you to use your property law knowledge in helping form and shape the company’s strategy on property acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant, property finance and investment. You will still be doing some work on transactional real estate matters, but the true value you will have in this role is applying your knowledge in a more business minded way with the support of external law firms doing the transactional work. This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal or Legal Executive who is experienced in dealing with transactional real estate matters from start to finish, as you need to have but also offers an exciting opportunity to develop and learn on the litigious property side and construction matters. The base salary is £50-55k and is a full time role, but the business will offer 4 days (0.8 FTE).
