Sunrise NGO is seeking a highly professional Expert Trainer in Modern Teaching Methods to deliver specialized training for the Directorate of Labor and Social Affairs (DoLSA) staff in Ninewa.
Training Details:
Location: Mosul
Training Audience: DoLSA staff
Contract Type: Daily-based
Objective: To enhance the teaching and facilitation skills of DoLSA staff using innovative and modern teaching methodologies suited for adult learners and experienced professionals.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Master’s degree (minimum) in education, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in training, curriculum development, or teaching modern instructional methods.

• Deliver structured training sessions on modern and effective teaching methodologies.
• Utilize interactive, research-backed teaching techniques to engage experienced professionals.
• Adapt training content to suit the needs and expertise level of the participants.
• Provide practical exercises, real-life case studies, and hands-on activities to reinforce learning.
• Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
