Position open in the project: „Establishment and development of the SOUTH-EAST REGIONAL CENTER FOR RESEARCH CAREER GUIDANCE – AD. AUGUSTA”, contract no. 760030/23.05.2023 Job description – Important note – the position is not for researchers, but for the professional staff to develop the researcher’s career. The recruitment vacancy must be published on the Euroaxess platform in accordance with the terms of the contract. Implements the activities to assess the satisfaction of the beneficiaries regarding the quality of the services provided within the A1 activity: the application of data collection tools, the recording and centralization of the data, the analysis of the results and the preparation of reports regarding the quality of the services provided within the project; The evaluation of the satisfaction of the quality of the services offered will be carried out through the National Questionnaire for the Evaluation of the Satisfaction of the Quality of the Services Offered by the Center for Orientation in the Career of a Researcher conducted by the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitization, ensuring the continuous monitoring of the quality of the services and the percentage of satisfied beneficiaries, reporting on the following indicators: – B1. Research career guidance service (B1a: indicators B1a1, B1a2, B1a3, B1a4, B1a5, B1a5.1.; B1b: indicators B1b1, B1b2, B1b3; B1c: indicators B1c1, B1c2, B1c3). – B2. Advanced research career guidance services (B2a: indicators B2a1.1, B2a2.1, B2a3.1, B2a4.1, B2a5.1; B2b: indicators B2b1.1, B2b2.1, B2b3.1, B2b4.1 , B2b5.1; B2c: indicators B2c1.1., B2c2.1); – B3. Continuing professional training (B3a: indicators B3a2, B3a2.1; B3b: indicators B3b2, B3b2.1); – B5. Romanian language courses for foreign researchers carrying out research activities in host institutions in Romania: indicators B5a, B5a1; – B6. Networking events to facilitate the integration of foreign researchers into the community: indicators B6b, B6b.1; – B7. Assistance for establishing tax residency of foreign researchers: indicators B7a, B7a1; – B8. Specific academic career management services: indicators B8a, B8b. Transmits to the management team, the recorded and centralized data, the data analysis reports related to the evaluation of the beneficiaries’ satisfaction regarding the quality of the services offered within the project; Participates in the preparation of reports within the project, the collection, analysis and reporting of data related to the activities within the project; Participates in the mediatization of the activities and in the development of the activities to ensure the visibility of the project; Collaborates with the project implementation team, coordinators and experts from the implementation team, in order to ensure optimal conditions for the performance of the assigned activities; Participates in the meetings/events organized within the project, contributing to the smooth running of the activities, their planning and organization;
