The DAI-implemented USAID Policy LINK project invites individual technical experts and specialized entities (e.g., organizations and firms) to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a range of anticipated activities in support of its Comprehensive African Agriculture Program (CAADP) and Kenya/East Africa buy-ins.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purpose: This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is a call for qualified individuals and entities to express their interest in future opportunities under the Policy LINK project. The EOI presents the requirements that interested applicants must provide to be shortlisted to submit detailed quotations, technical/cost proposals, or applications for consulting and procurement opportunities anticipated by DAI/Policy LINK over the course of 12 months. Pre-qualified applicants may be invited to respond to a single opportunity, and/or multiple opportunities.
Eligibility: This call is open to both individual technical experts and entities such as organizations and firms.
- Entities must be legally registered and recognized firms or organizations and will undergo a pre-qualification process to be shortlisted for specific procurements in accordance with DAI and USAID policies.
- Individual technical experts will be contracted as Independent Consultants and will undergo a pre-qualification process to be issued agreements for specific assignments in accordance with DAI and USAID policies.
Areas of Expertise: Interested applicants should indicate expertise and interest in one or more of the following overarching areas, further described in Section F. Scope of Work:
- CAADP research and analysis (e.g., Biennial Review)
- Communication, advocacy, and knowledge management
- Argo-industrialization and trade
- Agriculture Policy
- Agriculture research and analysis
- Agriculture Systems and Organizational Development (OD)
- Process facilitation
- Digital Communications
- Graphic Design
- Professional Videography/Photography Production
- Professional Translation/Interpretation
The pre-qualification process in no way obligates DAI to select or award any form of agreement, contract, or/award, nor does it commit DAI to pay any costs incurred by the organization in preparing and submitting the application documents.
RESPONSE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Submission Deadline: All responses to this EOI must be submitted by January 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM EAT. Late submissions may be discarded at the discretion of DAI/Policy LINK.
