The Role:

 

The role will support the growth of the F2F Program and lead in shaping Oxfam’s F2F messaging strategy, ensuring effective communication of the organization’s mission.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Relationship Building & Influencing Skills: A supporter centred approach and the ability to build relationships. Positive and solutions focused with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate Oxfam values.
  • Experience of F2F fundraising and effective performance management.
  • Numeracy: High levels of numeracy and the ability to analyse & synthesise complex information nd experience of budget management.
  • Communication Skills: including conveying complex ideas in a straight-forward & accessible way to different audiences
  • Demonstrable experience of managing third party relationships with multiple suppliers
  • Experience working within a contract management or Procurement function
  • Deep understanding of the principles of supporter engagement
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement through innovation and testing and learning.
  • Experience of F2F fundraising and effective performance management.
