Caritas Switzerland supports children and adults in precarious situations in around 20 countries worldwide in the areas of income, climate and migration. In the event of disasters, Caritas provides emergency relief and supports reconstruction. In cooperation with local partner organisations, we are actively engaged in meeting basic needs, empowering people, ensuring that their rights are respected and fighting inequality. Caritas Switzerland also works on behalf of asylum seekers, refugees and disadvantaged migrants. We also offer support in the last phase of life, family placements for young people in difficult situations and help in disasters.

Die Abteilung Controlling innerhalb des Bereichs Finanzen und Administration unterstützt die finanzielle Planung, Umsetzung und Berichterstattung von Projekten der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und humanitären Hilfe. Wir arbeiten sehr eng mit den lokalen Finanzverantwortlichen der Landesgesellschaften sowie den Projektverantwortlichen am Hauptsitz in Luzern zusammen.
Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir eine tatkräftige Persönlichkeit, die aktiv mitgestalten möchte und die Flexibilität dieser nicht ganz klassischen Funktion im Bereich Finanzen und Controlling schätzt.
