As result of a transition process, where new members of the SMT have come recently on board, the facilitator will work in coordination with the Country Director and HR team ( in country and regional) to offer guidance and insights on how to functionally build the leadership team to work effectively together as team, across their functional responsibilities. 
A similar process will be done for the ESMT, replicating the SMT standards of taking ownership, being proactive, having a shared vision and efficient managerial approach.  
Reporting relationships and coordination
Managerial/Technical Supervision by: Country Director
Technically Supervises: N/A 
Key Interfaces: HRCO, Regional HR, SMT and ESMT

Key responsibilities

Planning, designing and delivering leadership guidance and ad hoc exercises for SMT/ESMT
•Identify and map needs and gaps related with leadership and managerial skills for SMT and ESMT. 
•Work along the SMT and ESMT in the main identified needs, building tools for a more effective way of working. 
Deliverables:
•One day session with the SMT (5th August, Kyiv),plus one day session with the ESMT (6 August, Kyiv). 
•Produce a ToR guiding principle for SMT and ESMT
•Follow up session with Country Director  for monitoring the implementation. 
Job requirements 
•Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: 
•Proven previous experience facilitating leaderships process with SMTs and ESMT’s. 
•Experience in capacity building managerial skills. 
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
