Are you a passionate advocate for helping families resolve conflict and find amicable solutions? We are actively seeking experienced and accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners to join our team of skilled FDRPs across multiple centres in Berwick Sunshine, Greensborough, Shepparton, Kew & Melbourne CBD.

The role
You will provide Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) services to separating couples, with responsibility for assisting with conflict resolution, parent education, mediation. You will provide information, support, and referrals to match presenting needs to services and programs. Roles are available full-time or part-time, with a minimum of three (3) days per week and one evening shift per week.
We employ FDRP’s at centres located across metro Melbourne, including Berwick, Sunshine, Kew, Greensborough, Melbourne CBD, Cranbourne, Ballarat, Shepparton, and Traralgon.
About you
- Accreditation as an FDRP with the Attorney-General’s Department
- Degree qualified in Social Work, Social Sciences, Family Law, and a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
- Previous experience working as an FDRP (desirable).
- Experience/or training in property mediation (preferable).

The base salary range is $92k to $99k (pro-rata) per annum. The salary available will depend on your qualifications, previous experience.
