The role
As a Family Lawyer at HRCLS, under the guidance of the Managing Lawyer – Family Law Services, you will play a crucial role in providing legal assistance services, including information, referrals, legal advice, and ongoing casework. Your responsibilities will also encompass family law litigation services and duty lawyer services for individuals experiencing or at risk of family violence.

What you’ll need
Your proficiency in providing advice and handling casework in family and generalist civil law, coupled with expertise in family law and family violence, will be invaluable in this role. Your hands-on experience in family law litigation, familiarity with the Family Courts, and a proven track record with legal aid grants will be essential assets.
