  • Using evidence based practice to enhance outcomes.
  • Senior level role, full time, fixed term to August 2024, based at our office in Lilydale.
  • Using practice elements, motivational interviewing, communication & goal setting.

Your role:

The Future Pathways program is an innovative approach built on practice elements such as motivational interviewing, communication skills building and goal setting to respond to identified needs and achieve real and demonstrable outcomes.

Working collaboratively, the team seek to address key intersectionality issues with families, children and young people (e.g. substance use, mental illness, low income, social isolation) as identified by each regional FPR Response.

About you:

  • Experience working with high needs complex families
  • Using a child focused family-centred approach
  • Understanding theoretical approaches (i.e., motivational interviewing and social inclusion)
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions
  • Experience conducting risk and needs assessments
  • The ability to perform work outside of standard office hours to service the needs of clients

What you should know:

  • Salary offers start at around $102,554 plus super plus salary packaging (Level 6 SCHCADS)
  • Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience
  • Fixed term to August 2024
  • Office location: Lilydale
