About the role

Reporting to the Centre Manager Shepparton, you will work in a collaborative manner with the Family Violence (FV) team across centres and external partners to deliver high quality services across RAV’s FV programs. This includes the delivery of Men’s Behaviour Change Programs (MBCP), undertaking assessments for those seeking to enter family violence programs and risk management of participants.

Based at our Shepparton centre in Central Victoria this is a permanent part-time position working two (2) days per week which is inclusive of evening shifts to deliver MBC programs.

About you

  • Degree in social work, counselling, psychology, or relevant experience (see Victorian Government Mandatory Minimum Qualification Policy).
  • Graduate Certificate or diploma in men’s family violence (preferable)
  • Experience providing high-quality comprehensive risk assessments of individuals and families, where family violence is an identified risk.
  • Significant experience working with families affected by family violence.

The base salary range is $92k-$99k (pro-rata) per annum.
