Farm Wildlife Adviser

Our Senior Farm Adviser is off to start her motherhood journey and we are looking for someone to lead our busy and successful farmland advisory work during her absence.

Ideally, we would like a senior farm adviser to join us as like for like back-fill but know this may be a challenge for a short-term post. We are also considering recruiting an additional Farm Wildlife Adviser to add capacity within the team.

Both roles could be seconded posts, should you be interested in extending your skills and experience without leaving your current employment. Likewise, we are open to discussion around part time and flexible work arrangements.

Can you help us bring nature back across Suffolk’s farmland?

Everyone has 3 key areas of activity that will help us in our mission to bring nature back to
Suffolk. In this role you will focus most of your time on these areas of activity:

1: Providing expert wildlife advice to farmers and land managers.

2: Develop and manage landscape scale projects that deliver our strategic
ambition.

3: Work across teams to foster and promote expertise and excellence in our wilder landscapes
work.

Those working at senior level will lead and support the team to deliver the
above.
