UNDP-TLS-00151 Feasibility Studies for Solarization of Community Centres and Schools

United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites qualified and interested firms to submit a proposals for carrying Feasibility studies and development of designs, drawings, specifications and Bill of Quantities for renovation and solarization of 2 community health centers and 15 school ICT Labs. 

Take note of the Online Pre-Proposal Conference Scheduled for 11:00 hours Timor-Leste Time on Tuesday 21 May 2024. The meeting will be conducted online via Zoom on the link: https://undp.zoom.us/j/82283821253?pwd=elN6azBOTFgydE5pbkFZM1EzRDhQdz09.  Attending the Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory, but we strongly encourage interested proposers to attend the meeting and take the opportunity to seek clarification on the RFP. 

 

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website:  https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
