Kurdistan Organization for Human Rights Watch (KOHRW) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization that was established in 1989 as a national NGO. KOHRW has contributed to humanitarian services and different development programs in the Kurdistan region and Iraq. KOHRW specializes in six areas of expertise: Human Rights, Protection, Shelter& WASH, Livelihood, Social Cohesion, and Education.

 

 

Objective:

The Field Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of project activities in the field, ensuring that all interventions are carried out effectively and in alignment with project objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the execution of field activities, including the Labour Market Assessment (LMA) and Training Needs Assessment, in assigned areas.
  • Engage with local stakeholders, including community leaders, businesses, and training centers, to facilitate smooth project implementation.
  • Oversee data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Monitor the progress of vocational training programs, providing on-site support to trainers and participants.
  • Organize and conduct outreach activities to recruit youth and women for the vocational training programs.
  • Facilitate communication between the project team and field stakeholders, ensuring that local needs and challenges are addressed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols during all field activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular field reports to the Project Manager, detailing progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Support the organization of graduation ceremonies, career days, and job matching fairs at the local level.
  • Participate in monitoring and evaluation activities, including pre- and post-training assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all field activities, including participant attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
