Provide comprehensive GBV case management services to women and girls in accordance with established case management guidelines and procedures.
Ability to work with stakeholders ( Community police, Family protection units and DOLSA)
Conduct assessments of survivors’ needs and develop individualized action plans in collaboration with beneficiaries.
Deliver psychosocial support and regular follow-up sessions to beneficiariesin TDH centers and government departments
Facilitate and monitor referrals to specialized services, including health, legal, protection, mental health, and social services.
Familiar to use GBVIMS
Ensure strict adherence to survivor-centered principles, including safety, confidentiality, respect, and non-discrimination.
Conduct home visits and field follow-ups when necessary and in accordance with safety protocols.
Coordinate with service providers and relevant stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive response to beneficiaries’ needs.
Support the implementation of awareness-raising activities related to GBV prevention and response.
Prepare regular reports and updates on case management activities as required.
Participate in relevant trainings, meetings, and capacity-building initiatives.
