Come join our team!The role will be working Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm (with flexibility around work requirements)In this role you will focus on a few key areas:Commissioning and installing machines at compan or Customer sitesEffectively servicing a broad range of machines in accordance with manufacturers and local UK requirementsEfficiently diagnosing faults and repairing machinesConnect, manage, fix, and help resolve lower-level device integration and network connectivity problems with connected devices.Flexible in providing emergency cover and undertaking emergency maintenance on-site contributing to the overall team capacityCompletion of detailed service reports recording all required information for all work undertaken.Maintaining accurate stock records for all inventory held and handling inventory levelsMaintaining complete monthly reports to record time spent on activities not collected on service reportsProviding support and coaching to customers where requiredProactively maintaining and extending own and others’ skill base and technical knowledge through personal development and trainingWe are looking for someone that has:Electro-mechanical engineering background supported by a technical qualification (e.g. ONC/HNC)Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer (Medical industry preferred)Ability to work optimally and efficiently in a team environmentAbility to prioritize the daily work scheduleAdaptable to carrying out different tasks based on the daily scheduling of staffEstablish and maintain good working and interpersonal relationshipsThe ability to communicate and work with all manner of team members, in a conscientious and inclusive way.What are some of the benefits of working for our company?Competitive total compensation packageProfessional development opportunitiesHigh importance placed on work life balanceCommitment to growing and developing an inclusive and diverse workforceIf you are keen to understand more about the prospect of the above role, please apply here, so we can discuss it with you in more detail.Reasonable AccommodationsBaxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
