Field Support Technician wanted for a permanent position working with an established local business. Start asap, ideally in May/ June 2024.Hybrid working with the expectation of 3 days/week on site visits, 1 day/week working from home and 1 day/week at head office in Derby.The option between a £4,500 a year car allowance (+ milage) in place of a company vehicle is avilable.Key skills, experience & duties include:

• Perform regular site visits as an extension of the service desk team, assisting with break/fix issues, project work and setting up new equipment.
• Providing 1st / 2nd Line Technical Support with the ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• On-Site Installation, Repair, and Maintenance, Diagnosing Errors and Technical Problems
• This position will cover the Central to Southern office areas, such as Cambridge, Coventry, Reading.
• The ideal candidate has a broad technical support background, highly experienced with the ability to work proficiently unsupervised.
• Always maintain excellent levels of customer service.
• Proven field service experience with a full UK Drivers’ licence. Company car (or car allowance) options avilable.
