Job Summary: | The Department of Pediatrics, Section of Neonatology has an opening for a full-time Finance/Accounting Professional to work at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora. Neonatology specializes in caring for premature and sick infants and is driven to provide the best in current and compassionate care. This mission is realized through providing and advocating high-quality, coordinated programs of family-centered patient care, education, and research. Working under the direction of the Section Business Manager, the key responsibilities of this position are to provide fiscal support and financial analysis, including accounting, reporting, and transaction processing by Federal, State, University (UCD), CU Medicine, and Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHCO) policies and procedures. This position has responsibility for fiscal oversight and management of funds from all sources through continual monitoring of CU Medicine operating and enrichment funds, Children’s Hospital Colorado operating and restricted funds, grant, agency, and state funds, as well as the UCD Perinatal Research Center (PRC) Auxiliary Service Center. Manage the Section research enterprise by advising principal investigators and other client groups associated with animal and clinical research (basic, applied, translational, and clinical trials). This position will be an integral part of the finance team and will be expected to complete other tasks as assigned. Key Responsibilities:

Work Location: | Hybrid —This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. |

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range ) for this position has been established as $46,672 to $59,366. The above salary range (or hiring range ) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
