We’re a thriving team passionate about working together to deliver excellence, all in a natural forest environment.Welcome to Center Parcs – the number one choice for short break holidays, employing a team of over 10,000 across Head Office and six separate villages located in the UK and Ireland.FINANCE ANALYST£36,500 per annumHybrid role with both office and home-workingThis is an office based position within the Group’s Head Office Finance function, reporting to the Group Management Accountant.This role will support the management team decision making process by providing accurate and timely data across the business for the CP Group. Other responsibilities will include assisting in the development of dashboards and trackers, working closely with others within the finance function to drive efficiencies and ensure financial controls are being adhered to.This is an integral role within the finance function requiring excellent communication skills and an ability to build effective working relations both within finance and the wider business.HOURS OF WORKYou will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office-based and home-working.ABOUT YOUEssential requirements:

  • Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA
  • The ability to communicate confidently and effectively throughout the business and work to tight deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse a significant volume of data
  • Finance role with experience of analysing data and preparing reports
  • Ability to interact and work successfully as part of a team
