We invite competent, experienced, and committed professionals to fill the following position:
  • The Finance and Accounting Officer will provide financial and operational support in budget monitoring, cash disbursement, financial reports and records and provide technical support to strategic partners on financial recording.
Further, as the Finance and Accounting Officer:
  • You will review requests for payments, cash advances, liquidations/ reimbursements and petty cash fund replenishment.
  • You will manage petty cash fund.
  • You will prepare and submits monthly and quarterly reports on time and weekly reconciliation of intercompany recharges.
  • You will provide coaching to partners.
To be successful in the role you will need among other things:
  • Degree or Diploma and 2-3 years’ relevant professional experience, or demonstrated equivalent combination.
  • Has sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to influence others’ behavior through effective relationship building.
  • Good computer applications knowledge.
  • Flexible and has a good command of both oral and written English and good human relations.
  • Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
  • Applicants must be based in the Philippines and a Filipino national.
