POSITION OVERVIEW
The Finance and Administrative Officer will support the implementation of development projects in the region in close collaboration with the various Project Managers. On the local level, the primary responsibilities are to assist with procurements and maintain the accounts for all projects running out of the Canberra office, ensuring payment processing and ERP encoding is updated daily, and monthly closure deadlines are met. On the regional level, the position provides high level accounting support and monitoring to country office finance counterparts and 1st level ERP support, troubleshooting and training to all ERP users in the AP region.

We are a very small and close-knit team of likeminded academics and admin support staff based in Canberra, working out of the ANU Campus. You will also be coordinating with a diverse range of colleagues across the Asia-Pacific Region and our headquarter in Stockholm.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate has an accounting background, a base knowledge in procurement processes and is familiar with ATO lodgments and international payment processing. Having experience in the international development sector or donor funding environment will set you apart.
