• Conduct detailed financial analysis to highlight key business issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and analyse business processes.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop forecasting models and robust financial reports.
• Assist in the budgeting process and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Support the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.

Hybrid Working|Ideally have Anaplan or Qlik knowledge

A successful Finance Business Analyst should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field would be preferred but not essential.
• Ideally a practical working knowledge as a Business Analyst in the Accounting & Finance sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• An understanding of KPI analysis
• Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
