1. Project Background

Over the years, the Bank has substantially grown the investment business. Transaction volume increased much more. The Bank is now implementing a client portal to improve experience of the client engagement and interaction. Office of the Controller is facing the challenge of staff resources and expertise to drive the transition of the business processes change and engagement with external clients to support the portal go live.

2. Objectives of the Assignment

To support ACP to transit from technical go-live to business go-live.

3. Scope of Services

• Enhancements: Implementation and retesting of new features, expected to be completed by June.
• Legal Documents Clearance: This includes items like disbursement letters and organization registration forms, to be finalized by May.
• Communication:
o A promotional video, expected to be ready by July.
o Materials for the business go-live announcement, to be completed by August.
• Internal Process and Procedure Changes: These changes are targeted for completion in August.
• Training Material: To be finalized in August.
• Client Engagement.

4. Consultancy Output / Deliverables

• User acceptance test cases
• Communication materials
• Training materials
• Other business related output requested by the projects

5. Implementation Arrangement

The consultant will work closely with ACP project team and loan management team in CTL.

6. Support to the Consultant by the Bank

All relevant info with be shared during day to day interaction

7. Knowledge Transfer and Training

Need documentation on knowledge transfer

Qualification Requirement

Knowledge of sovereign loan disbursement and loan management
