Finance Internship (Erbil)

Working in coordination with the humanitarian community, the IRC currently addresses the needs of war-affected Syrians from several operational bases in the region. Our activities focus primarily on the supply of vital medications and medical equipment, non-food items, water and sanitation and women and children’s protection, and form part of an over-arching humanitarian response in Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, Iraq and the region that seeks to assist refugees, IDPs and war-affected Syrians survive conflict and displacement.

The monthly stipend per month for this position would be 720,000.00 IQD

Major Responsibilities:

· Ensure that all payment packages have all support documentation such as (approval notes, goods received notes, contracts, invoices, recipes etc..) and probably reviewed and approved by concerned personal in the Integra system.

· Filling and photocopying vouchers as requested.

· Pulling out the required transactions for internal and external audits.

· Scanning all IRC internal journal vouchers.

· Perform other duties, as needed or requested by the supervisor
