Finance Manager – Glasgow City Centre – Office BasedLusona is supporting one of our clients in the service sector to source a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their finance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the business, including the production of monthly management accounts, leading and developing the finance team, and providing strategic financial support to the business.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, including the Management Accounts and Accounts Payable teams.
• Manage balance sheet control account reconciliations and support the external audit process.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Skills:

• Qualified CA or ACCA with extensive post-qualification experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Advanced financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and deliver results.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
