The Organisation
Our client is a committed community services NFP organisation, offering residential aged care and retirement living. They pride themselves with outstanding customer service, whilst delivering this with care, compassion, and respect.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will have responsibility for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day finance operations.
- Providing strategic advice to the CEO and reporting to the Board.
- Preparation of Annual Financial Reports in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Provide monthly management accounts and reports, highlighting variances.
- Managing the AR, AP, and Payroll functions.
- Providing leadership and support to a direct report.
- Identifying new opportunities for the organisation.
The Person
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in accounting/business and CPA/CA qualification.
- Financial management for a health care provider, preferably the Aged Care Sector.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Sector, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
